ELECTRONIQUE LIVE at The Waterloo

Electronique return to The Waterloo in Weymouth for an evening of Xmas Eve classic electronic music, with the emphasis firmly on the unmistakable sounds of the 1980s.

Taking place on Christmas Eve 24 December starting at 7pm, Electronique will perform a live set combining electronic favourites with their own original material, bringing synth-pop, new wave and alternative sounds to The Waterloo

Expect music inspired by some of the most influential electronic artists of the era, including Depeche Mode, New Order, Soft Cell, Human League, Pet Shop Boys, Yazoo, Kraftwerk and Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark.

While the repertoire spans from the 80s through to the 2020s, the emphasis is firmly on classic 80s electronic music, alongside a selection of Electronique’s own original material and occasional tracks from later decades.

It’s going to be a great pre Christmas night for anyone who enjoys synth-driven music and wants to hear some familiar electronic favourites performed live in the intimate surroundings of The Waterloo.
