Ayya in Weymouth in association with Vis-à-Vis Events will be jointly hosting one of the South’s Premier Speed Dating Events.

You will have a chance to meet around 10-15 people in a face to face 4 minute date! We will stop half way so you can catch your breath and restock at the bar if you need to!

We are offering a cocktail sharer for you and up to 4 respectful friends if you don’t fancy coming down alone. Friends are welcome to stay and support you from our designated ‘friend zone’.

The dates will start at 7.30 so we recommend you arrive by at least 7.00 – 7:15 so that you can be signed in and have chance to grab a drink. If you arrive after 7.30 we will have to start without you and you may not be able to take part.

Your friendly and relaxed host will take you through the plans for the night and you will be issued with everything you need to get started.

During the event you will be given a discrete scorecard which is yours to keep throughout the event and you do not need to share your decisions on the night. You will be asked on the scorecard whether in relation to your date, you would swipe left or right, or maybe you’d just like to be friends! Again you do not have to share this decision with your date or anyone else at the event. Once the event has ended you can hand your card to the host and your results will be compiled on your personal Vis-à-Vis login within 24 hours.

The bar will still be open at the close of the event with live music to follow and then a DJ so if you want to stay with us and have a drink please feel free!

The Venue
Ayya is a relaxed yet stylish venue which allows us to conduct the event without pressure. The event itself will be private which allows for a more intimate experience. With that being said it is imperative to book your ticket in advance as they won’t be open to general public. Ayya is situated on Saint Thomas St near the Quay for more details please see the map below.
