The magical and mechanical returns to Weymouth over the weekend of the 4-6 December. Bringing a touch of fantasy to seasonal celebrations.
There will be events for all the family including Ghost tours, workshops, fashion, local traders, a Yule Ball, convivial and a parade.
Visitors can join in or observe, ask questions and see the Steampunk Fashion on display by local students from Weymouth college with a chance to upcycle and make-your-own at 2 workshops in the town centre.
On the Friday night, there will; be Ghost tours led by local historian as well as a Steampunk Cabaret
During the weekend traders and unusal acts will be setting the scene on Saturday and Sunday with performances to entertain all ages.
On the Saturday night attend the Annual Dolmen Yule Ball or the convivial as well as see great LIVE acts in many of the pubs.
Join in with a promenade along the seafront to take in the sea air followed by the second day of the ALTERNATIVE Market cream teas and Sunday roasts across the town with your new friends. There may even be some fantastical creations too!
This weekend offers a unique take on the traditional Christmas and Weymouth was, and still is, the first place to host a Steampunk Yuletide Weekend – take a step into another world this Christmas with Victorian, sci-fi, pirates and more all embracing the uniqueness of this Christmas time.
