  • Take a leisurely summer stroll along the beautiful Rodwell Trail and discover the wonderful butterflies and other wildlife that call this much-loved green corridor home.

    Organised by the Friends of the Rodwell Trail, this relaxed guided Butterfly Walk starts from Sandsfoot Gardens and offers a chance to explore one of Weymouth’s most scenic walking routes while learning more about the butterflies that can be spotted during the summer months.

    Whether you’re a keen wildlife enthusiast, enjoy photography, or simply fancy an afternoon walk in good company, everyone is welcome to come along. The walk is suitable for all ages and is a great opportunity to appreciate the natural beauty of the Rodwell Trail at the height of the season.
