FREE Community Beach Yoga – Everyone Welcome! All ages, backgrounds & abilities
Join Serenity Body Mind Spirit on Saturday May 17th from 8–9 AM—and every Saturday until September 13th—for a heart-opening morning of yoga by the sea.
— right on the golden sands of Weymouth Beach, in front of the iconic Weymouth Observation Wheel.These sessions are completely FREE and have been kindly funded by Weymouth Town Council to support the wellbeing of our beautiful community. Voluntary donations are welcome, but never expected.
All levels welcome – whether you’re a first-timer or a regular on the mat. Move, breathe, and unwind to the sounds of the sea.
No pre-booking required – just show up with a mat, towel, or blanket and some water.
