Redlands leisure and community park in Weymouth, offering a community, volunteer led café and a range of facilities to help the people of Weymouth become more active.

Redlands is now operated by Active Dorset CIO, a Charity that has been established to support local people to become more active. We work with local communities and partners in identifying underused spaces which provide opportunities for promoting active lifestyles.

Redlands has 2 large sports halls, outdoor grass playing pitches and 3G pitches, suitable for hockey and football.

Our facilities are ideal for activities such as:
Badminton, pickleball, table tennis, hockey, football, cricket, yoga, Pilates, basketball, Dance, squash

We also have a brand new FREE soft play area alongside our volunteer led community café, which are open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4pm.

All revenue and surpluses raised at Redlands will be re-invested to support the delivery of activity or to enhance facilities at the site and encourage a more active and healthy community.

Redlands is open daily from 8am

Café and soft play is open Monday to Friday – 9.30am and 4pm depending on volunteer availability.
