Family Theatre at St Nics this October 2025
Weymouth-based, award-winning theatre company Brave Bold Drama are delighted to be bringing their family sketch show PUMPKINS to St Nics, Weymouth, for two performances on 28 October 2025.
Gourdon and Melonie are activist pumpkins on a mission! Disturbed that so many of their fellow pumpkins end up in bins every Halloween, they are determined to change hearts and minds and improve human–vegetable relations for all time. Armed with a hand-drawn presentation, a ukulele, and a truly terrible poem, they will not rest until you take the Pumpkin Pledge and vow never again to throw a pumpkin in the bin.
Full of ridiculous comedy for all the family, Pumpkins is a show that will make you rethink your relationship with squashes.
Bonus Extra Story!
After Pumpkins, enjoy a brand-new story improvised from your spooky season ideas!
Performance Details:
Both Pumpkins and the bonus spooky story together run for approximately one hour and are suitable for anyone aged 4 and above.
Tickets are pay what you can, with proceeds supporting the upkeep of St Nics. The performance costs are being covered by the Dorset Council Culture and Community Fund.
