Halloween Half-Term at SandWorld Weymouth 2026 🎃

SandWorld in Weymouth is getting into the Halloween spirit this October half-term, with spooky activities, incredible sand sculptures and a special treat for visitors arriving in costume!

Adults and children wearing full Halloween fancy dress can enjoy FREE ENTRY throughout the October half-term holiday.

Located in Lodmoor Country Park, SandWorld offers plenty of family-friendly activities, whatever the weather.

What’s happening at SandWorld this Halloween?

Visitors can try their hand at carving a pumpkin from sand, with guidance from the SandWorld team, take part in a Halloween-themed hunt and explore the park’s spooky seasonal decorations.

There’s also the chance to discover 18 spectacular giant sand sculptures created by internationally acclaimed artists. Highlights include an impressive dragon, Shrek and friends, a Minecraft-inspired creation and a sculpture inspired by TV’s The Traitors.

For families who enjoy getting creative, SandWorld has plenty more to offer:

Free Halloween Fancy Dress Entry

From 24 October to 1 November, anyone arriving in full Halloween fancy dress, adults and children alike, can enter SandWorld completely free of charge.

Whether you’re planning to dress as a witch, wizard, vampire, ghost or something even more imaginative, it’s a great excuse to get into the Halloween spirit!
