Lifeboat Week - Emergency Services Meet at Nothe Gardens

As part of Weymouth Lifeboat Week 2026, Nothe Gardens will host a fascinating Emergency Services Meet, giving visitors the chance to get up close to the people, vehicles and equipment that help keep our communities safe.

Throughout the day, a wide range of emergency services and support organisations are expected to be on display, offering an opportunity to meet crews, explore specialist vehicles, learn about their roles and discover the vital work they carry out both on land and at sea.

This family-friendly event is always a popular feature of Lifeboat Week, with interactive displays, demonstrations and plenty to see for visitors of all ages. Whether you’re interested in emergency response, looking for an enjoyable day out with the family, or simply want to show your support for the emergency services, there’s something for everyone.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Nothe Gardens overlooking Weymouth Harbour and the bay, it’s an ideal way to spend a summer’s day while supporting one of Weymouth’s best-loved annual events.
