Weymouth Pavilion
Reel Masters is a fishing festival for saltwater, lure, and predator anglers. It is the UK’s first exhibition and competition, coming to Weymouth 30th September to 2nd October 2022. Reel Masters will host the first saltwater edition of the Kayak Angler of the Year competition, a qualifying event for the Hobie Fishing Worlds. In addition to brands offering the latest products and offers in the exhibition space, there will be a branded boat competition on the water, culminating in the Skipper’s Ball on Saturday night.
Reel Masters is for everyone: families, amateur and professional anglers and will represent all aspects of the saltwater angling industry. There will be Introduction to Angling experiences throughout the weekend, with coaches teaching on the pier, Hobie pedal kayaks available for trial on the beach, and charter boats offering introductory 2 hour tours from the harbour. There will also be live demonstrations, talks from industry influencers, live music, local food and stunning views of the Jurassic Coast.
