  • Park Yoga returns to Lodmoor Country Park this summer, offering FREE weekly yoga sessions every Sunday morning, from May to the end of August, 9.30am – 10.30am.

    Everyone is invited and all abilities welcome. If you are looking to experience yoga for the first time, try a new class or just want to enjoy the natural surroundings then we would love to see you there. Just bring your mat if you have one or a towel, some water and become part of something great! See you there
