‍♀️ Park Yoga is a FREE outdoor yoga session open to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
Come along to free Park Yoga at Lodmoor Country Park. Join your local yoga instructor, Leslie, for your weekly dose of yoga.
No need to book – just turn up!
Things to bring:
– mat (or towel or blanket)
– bottle of water
– a friend!
Every Sunday 9.30am – 10.30am, from Sunday 5th May to Sunday 15th September 2023.
☔️ PLEASE NOTE – all sessions are weather dependant. Be sure to keep an eye on the Facebook page regarding any cancellations (announced at least an hour before the start). We will go ahead in light rain.
