Join Jurassic Coast (UNESCO World Heritage Site) poet-in-residence, Sarah Acton, for a FREE series of gentle poetry walks and workshops connecting creativity to nature in Dorset parks and green spaces. These are run through the Stepping into Nature programme, Dorset AONB. Stepping into Nature events are open to everyone, and suited to adults and older people, and those living with dementia and their carers to access and enjoy our beautiful Dorset landscape, wildlife and culture.
You will find community, inspiration and wellbeing by spending a morning with Sarah thinking about poetry, reflecting on the landscape and writing your own words. With readings, discussion and brief writing exercises suitable for all ages and abilities. https://www.dorsetaonb.org.uk/stepping-into-nature
All walks are 10am-11.30am and all workshops 10am-12pm. Booking is essential for each.
