The 2024 Flower Festival at Abbey Farm Abbotsbury is the August Bank Holiday weekend. The Festival is not only a celebration of flowers but also arts and crafts that are inspired by nature.
Once again there will be a full and lively schedule of talks, themed walks and art & craft Workshops from Wednesday, 21st to 28th August. From Saturday to Monday (24-26th), we will have a large range of arts, crafts, plants and food/drink exhibitors in the Tithe Barn and ruins, alongside the existing art and craft studios and Pick Your Own Flower Farm.
There will also be a display of entries for this year’s sponsored competitions for “Miniature Gardens”, “2024 Olympic Floral Arrangements”, “Floral Arts & Crafts” and Best In Show “Vase From My Garden”, along with a competition for the Best Floral Outfit! Around the village, there will be further themed displays on house doors and in local businesses.
The Flower Festival is FREE to enter.
