Meet at Nothe Fort just before 9am for registration and the information talk.
The Pilates session will have exclusive use of the grassy north terrace with stunning views of Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast.
Why not stop by the Fort View Café afterwards for a drink and tasty bites to eat.
