A couple of years ago location shooting took place on the sea wall at Chiswell on Portland for a new movie staring Colin Firth based on the story of amateur sailor Donald Crowhurst and his solo attempt to circumnavigate the globe.
The film went on release on 9 February more information can be found on the IMDB
