My first @FEASTWeymouth menu tastings at Ayya Bars and their amazing Hao Cow 100% Wagyu Beef burgers, plus a bottle of lager all for £10!! The burger comes in a toasted Japanese Hokkaido bun made locally by Sgt Buns with – well it’s build your own burger time, you get to choose from a whole range of fillers as part of the deal – cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, chillis, pickles, mayo, BBQ sauce etc. etc. etc. You also get a healthy portion of French fries or like I had delicious sweet potato fries. The actual patty is made from the most pampered cows alive, they are massaged and even fed beer! The meat has plenty of marbling for flavour and they really do have a real beef+ taste to them.
