  • Dive into the Anglo-Saxon world of myth and monsters and join storyteller Lizzie Bryant for an action-packed, family-friendly, performance of the Old English tale of the warrior Beowulf and the monsters that brought him fame.

    Enjoy hands-on Saxon and Viking- themed activities, games and replica object handling with Castle Hill Heritage Skills.

    Saturday 22nd August 2026 Choose either 10am-12.30pm OR 2pm-4.30pm £5 per child, Accompanying adults GO FREE!

    Age guide 7-12. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Event is 2.5 hours.
