  • Nothe Fort invites the local community to a candlelit vigil at the Fort to honour our beloved Queen Elizabeth II.

    There will be a one-minute silence as a shared national moment of reflection at 8:00pm to “mourn and reflect on the life and legacy of Queen Elizabeth II”.

    Tealights will be available for a donation, which will be passed on to the Royal British Legion.

    Please note, the Nothe Fort Parade Ground has a maximum capacity of 800 people at one time, so there may be a waiting time.

    The Fort will be shut on Monday 19th September.
