Weymouth’s vibrant music scene will take centre stage as talented local musicians Barbara Gasior, Jamie Pinnow, DuKane, ELECTRONIQUE and Ruff Dog Elliot perform at The West Gate venue during the Bath ‘Party in the City’ festival on Friday, May 15, 2026. This showcase represents a significant opportunity to promote Weymouth’s rich musical talent at this prestigious cultural event.

The organisers had 250 applicants for the 50 venues and the Weymouth Showcase was incredibly privileged to get The West Gate which is one of the most central and sought after venues showing how valued their offer was. ‘Party in the City’ is believed to be the UK’s largest free music festival and there is a vision to make it the showcase event for West Country musicians with the Weymouth Showcase being the first performers to be recruited away from the City.
