Cookies …

Love-Weymouth in common with just about every website you will visit uses cookies to help it function best for you. Cookies do pretty simple things like storing your preferences and anonymously helping us track which pages on the site are the most popular, this in turn helps us decide what information our users want to see and helps us improve the site. Cookies don’t store any of your personal information.

We are required by EU law to let you know this so you can if you wish disable cookies set by our website. How to do this depends on the web browser you are using but all will give you the option just check your browsers help page for instructions.

You will see a bar at the bottom of your screen advising that we use cookies with a button that you click to indicate you have no problem with them. We find the bars intrusive and they get on our nerves they probably do yours as well but unfortunately we’ve been advised that we really need to stick to the rules and use one. Once you’ve clicked the button saying “nNo Problem” you shouldn’t see it again.

If you want to learn a little more about cookies and what they do check out this very informative article on the BBC website.
