The Weymouth Beach Webcam is positioned on the front of the Weymouth Pavilion Theatre and broadcasts live views of the golden sands of Weymouth beach and The Esplanade.
The area of Weymouth Beach the webcam covers is the most used part of the beach for many of the beach based events that take place throughout the year so we’re expecting to see some great coverage of the likes of Weymouth Beach MotoX, Guy Fawkes Night Celebrations, Weymouth Carnival, Xmas Chase the Pudding Race and Weymouth Classic Beach Volleyball along with many other events when they happen.
The Weymouth Beach camera is the latest webcam to have been installed by the Dorset For You Webteam.

Just put live webcam on alarming no wonder Dorset numbers don’t stay down .I’ve been stuck in the house following the advice for 109 days my rubbish bins have been out more than me.I too would like to go out .Maybe Soon .
I discovered the webcam a few moments ago. It’s great. It gives me a good idea of weather conditions and how busy the beach is. If another camera is to be installed, please could it be somewhere in the region of the Pier Bandstand or on the corner of Brunswick Terrace so that we could also check traffic flow?
